Outbound Call Center Services

Inbound call center services attend to the questions of the customers to the company, while outbound call center services enlist customers to purchase the company’s products and services. The company’s representatives initiate calls to the customers to sell products and services. This is what they call Telemarketing

Phones are being used by inbound call center representatives to possible customers. They can also send e-mails. They maintain a large database of customer’s personal info. Telephone numbers are also obtained from phone directories.

Representatives contact those customers whose requirements match with the company’s products they are working.

Once a customer’s interest is peaked and shows curiosity in the product, a sales representative is sometimes sent to meet the customer at his residence  office to personally answer further questions, canvass the product’s sale and receive the orders.

A fundamental principle in sales promotion is to establish rapport and further promote an enduring relationship with the customers, so they may come back and purchase the product again.

Using outsource outbound call center promotes an indirect, impersonal relationship with customers. This means less control over sales representatives. This is a great drawback in hiring outbound call center services, no matter how polite or honest and hardworking they may be.
