Coffee machines can be an integral part of the workplace. Not only are they a place to get yourself a hot drink but they can also be useful for meeting up with colleagues and getting to know the latest news about a certain project or order. Most employees see them as being somewhere they can escape to for a few minutes and, okay, it is only a place to get a quick drink, but it still offers a short break from their work.

When it comes to choosing the best drinks for your unit it is always a good idea to find out what your employees will prefer. You do not want to stock it up with something and find out that no-one actually likes it… Try giving out a questionnaire or ask team leaders to find out the most popular choices of drink. If your workers know that you are trying to stock their favourite drinks then you can be certain they will appreciate it.
